Our advantage is the capability of forming teams tailored to specific clients’ needs comprising experienced leaders and successful young professionals, tasked with delivering high-quality service, within the agreed timelines.
Prior to founding HOLBOLD Consulting e.U. Company, Ksenija worked as a Management Consultant and Business Development Manager in diverse business organizations such as corporations, consulting companies, and public sector organizations in the SEE and DACH region.
She built a proven track record in company’s strategy development, defining market entry strategies, bringing new business to the companies while ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
She holds a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C) certification and has extensive experience in leading teams, strategic long-term programs, complex large-scale infrastructure projects and dynamic tender bids.
Ksenija is graduated Civil Engineer with a Dipl. Ing. degree in Hydrotechnical and Environmental Engineering, providing her with a strong educational foundation.
Ksenija advocates lifelong education and personal development.
